Gain Weight and Bigger Breasts with Fenugreek and B2UP Gum -- Review

Fenugreek Seed Natural Herbal Vegetarian Capsule Weight Gain Supplement Review

I started using fenugreek about 1 year postpartum when I needed a boost in my milk supply.  At the time I purchased this supplement the only thing I thought it was used for was to stimulate milk production.  I had no idea about the various other health benefits that are linked to this supplement.  I found a plethora of information about Fenugreek on WebMD and I will provide a link to that article for you to read for yourself.  http://goo.gl/NQAHnd
Before I even did my research and/or read that article I noticed that within 3 days of using this supplement I had a very obvious appetite increase.  It was very very obvious and intense.  Almost as intense as the time I took periactin prescription pills to gain weight years ago.  I was very shocked about that, and that is when I went and did some research.  I then realized that this supplement is used to treat people who have a lose of appetite.  My increase in appetite now made complete sense.  The recommended dosage is to take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily.  That would be a max of about 6 capsules daily.  This is surely an appetite stimulate that I would recommend (remember to speak to your doctor first) because it is a natural plan based seed.  I had no negative side effects and if I was currently on my weight gain journey it would have been very helpful in eating more and thus gaining weight.  For more info about my experience with this product please watch the video below!

B2UP Gum -- Breast Enlargement Supplement Review

Y'all I used this supplement so so so long ago, about 2004 when I was 18 or 19 years old.  I am now 30.  At that time I was maybe 110-115 lbs and had yet to start my weight gain journey.  I had no idea how to gain weight, what supplements were out there, or how to even go about the weight gain process.  I always knew that if I gained weight my boobs would get bigger just because that is my body type. But since I did not know how to gain weight and wanted bigger boobs I decided to try this product.  At the time I was an average B cup.  Below you can watch a video where I go in-depth about my experience with this product, pros, cons, and side effects.  I had plenty of side effects!!!

This supplement boasts many benefits (more then just growing larger fuller breasts).  There claims can be found on their official website http://goo.gl/j6ZbEL  It is recommended that you chew 6 pieces of gum per day.  Each bottle contains 60 tablets/ pieces of gum.  I personally never chewed 6 pieces of gum a day, that is a lot of damn gum.  I think I chewed 2 pieces a day and the bottle lasted me about a month.  I had 2 bottles so I tried this product for 2 months. I did see growth with the dosage I took but to find out the rest of my experience please watch the video.

Winter 2016 Weight Gain Update -- After Baby

I just wanted to do an update about my weight gain journey 1 year postpartum.  Here are my thoughts and feelings post baby.
I always imagined that once I got pregnant and had a baby that I would no longer have to actively try to gain weight, I thought I would be able to quit taking my weight gain supplements (ensure plus), and that I would naturally just be thicker forever due to weight and body changes that would result from pregnancy.  I thought my hips would expand, my butt would get bigger, my thighs would get thicker, and my breasts would get fuller.  Boy was I wrong!!!  Here are a pictures of me at 9 months pregnant.

You will notice I gained most, if not all of my weight just in my stomach and breasts.  I did not get wider hips, a bigger butt, or thicker thighs.  I also did not gain that much weight during my pregnancy because I had morning/all day sickness for the entire 9 months.  I was nauseous, had low appetite, had a metal taste in my mouth, and vomited during my entire pregnancy.  My highest weight I believe was 167 lbs.  Pre-pegnancy I was 148 lbs.  During my first couple of months of pregnancy I lost weight and got down to about 132 lbs due to constant vomitting, and then towards the end I finally gained but it was all baby weight/tummy weight and not weight to my actual body.
Postpartum I am a lot more self-conscious about my body then I have ever been in life.  I now look back at the way my body used to be and wish I had loved it and appreciated it way more then I did.  I would never at this point in life wear a 2 piece bikini and I would like to get my body back/my stomach back to the point where I am comfortable doing so.  I know it will take tons and tons of work and exercise.  I now have very obvious stretch marks, I think I have a hernia in my belly button, and I have loose skin on my tummy.  The stretch marks don't bother me all that much but a combination of all 3 do bother me.  I am hoping when I have time to exercise rigorously I will be able to build abs and have the tummy that I desire to have.  Right now my son is 1.5 yrs, my hubby works 12 hr days, and none of my family live close by, I am a stay home mom, and literally have no ME TIME.  I am ok with that because my son comes first, his growth and development comes first, and I know I have the rest of my life to worry about me and getting my body back. So right now I am putting my weight gain and postpartum body journey to the side.  Don't get me wrong I do think I look decent if not good with my clothes on, but there is a lot you don't see.  I want to look good with my clothes off, and I also want to look great in a 2 piece bikini.  My tummy is my biggest insecurity.
Your probably wondering well why don't you at least gain weight and worry about exercising later on in a year or so when you son is more independent.  Well I can't do that postpartum.  Ever since I had my baby, weight goes straight to my stomach and no where else.  At 150-157 (which was my highest weight) pre-baby I loved my body.  I had a little belly fat but nothing serious, I could easily hold it in, and keep it tight, I loved my body at that size pre-baby.  Post baby OMG my body looks terrible at 150.  I couldn't even imagine what it would look like at 157.  I honestly just look about 5 months pregnant at 150 post baby.  Its crazy how different my body carries weight and gains weight post baby.  It is very clear I need to tighten my stomach muscles before I gain and also during and after the gaining process.  I need to do strength/ weight training to ensure the weight that I gain goes to other places and not my stomach.  So when I do have time to work out and begin my weight journey again that will be the plan.  But who knows exactly when that time will come.

CANT WAIT TO BEGIN MY WEIGHT JOURNEY AGAIN AND WHEN THAT TIME COMES I WILL SURELY SHARE THAT NEW PROCESS (THAT WILL INCLUDE WORKING OUT) WITH YOU!!!

Until then I will leave you with some current pictures of me.  :)  In these pictures my weight ranged from 134-142.  That is the weight I am comfortable at right now, the highest weight I can be postpartum without looking pregnant.

Brand New Booty Round 2 - July 6th - July 13

So by now yall know that I got married and moved which is why I didn't buy my second bottle of BNB right away.  I knew I wouldn't have time to blog about it.  Im settled and ready to start blogging again so I bought my second bottle of BNB and started taking 2 capsules a day last Saturday, July 6th!  This time I can actually judge whether it works because my weight is stable and I am not gaining like 5lbs a week like before.

July 6th - July 13
July 6th my starting weight was 152-156.  For the whole week my week has been stable, no weight gain, no weight loss, and no increase in appetite.  As I discussed in a recent video which I will embed below, after taking the pills last time I continued gaining weight.  I ended up getting to my highest weight of all time at 157 lbs!  I was 157 for the last 2-3 weeks of May.  I continued weight updates on my tumblr, so you can see the proof there.  Since I did gain more weight after I finished taking those pills I also ended up gaining another inch in my booty (back in May).  Although I did end up losing a bit of weight since May I am still at 41''. So I started the week at 41'' and ended the week at 41''. NO CHANGES AT ALL THIS WEEK

As far as week 1 it is looking like BNB DOES NOT WORK!  I can't be for sure yet, but I did suspect that the last time I took BNB that the circumference of my booty increased only because of my weight gain and not because of BNB.  As soon as I got married I started gaining weight, which was way before I started taking BNB.  3 weeks to go so we will see?  Lets see if no weight gain will equal no increase in booty?

Started at 41" (152-157 lbs)
Week 1 - 41" (152-157 lbs)

Make Picture Comparisons -- Update

I haven't lost any weight and haven't gained any either.  I have been maintaining very well. I have not been on BNB since my BNB review update.  Still have not ordered another bottle.  I will be moving to Florida at the end of the month so I will not order more BNB till I get done moving and get settled.  I have the same measurements and I have been at a very steady 151-153 lbs.  I really want to get to 160 but I have not been doing what I need to do to gain more.  For me to gain more I would need to be drinking 3-4 CVS Liquid Nutritional Supplements a day in addition to my regular meals but I have only been drinking 1-2 and for the past 4 days I have not drank any at all.  For some reason CVS has been out of them and I haven't been in the mood to check Target for some.  Either way I have been eating a 4-5 cups of dry cereal at night before bed and eating Clif Builder Protein Bars as well.  Another thing that I have been hooked on lately is Curry Chicken Patties from Costco.  I eat 2-4 patties day.  Those patties are 370 calories per patty so those calories add up when you are eating 2-4 of them a day.  I haven't eaten out in about 2 or more weeks because I have been trying to save money so I am constantly eating random things I do not normally eat or like.  I am so used to eating out, so eating at home every single days has been very hard.

Below I will list some meals I have been eating lately:

- Marconi and Cheese, Grilled Steak, and Avocado
- Rosemary Baked Chicken, Rice, and Avocado
- 2 Pancakes, 2 fried eggs, and 5 strips of Bacon
- 2 Curry Chicken Patties (370 per patty). From Costco
- Spaghetti
- 2 Grilled Cheese Sandwich's with Swiss and American Cheese
- Stouffers Fettuccine Alfredo (630)
- 2 Melted Cheese and Egg Sandwich's
- 2-3 Beef or Chicken & Cheese Tamales (240-260 per tamale). From Trader Joe's

Late Night Snacks

- Cookies and Cream Ice cream
- Clif Builder Protein Bars
- CVS Liquid Nutrition Supplements Plus
- Dry Cereal - Cheerios or Honey Toast Crunch
- Baked Good: Chocolate Cookies and Brownies

Drinks

Foco Coconut Juice (160)
Sweet Tea
CVS Liquid Nutrition Supplement Plus (350)
Water

What I find helps a ton is doing picture comparisons.  Sometimes I get frustrated because I may see my weight increasing but I might not neccesarily see the changes in my body.  But when I either try on clothes and see how they fit differently or do picture comparisons I then notice slight difference.  This helps keep me motivated.  Since I have reached 150 I have finally began to notice the biggest differences.  I have plenty of pants, shorts, and skirts I can no longer wear at all.  Although I still have chicken legs, my legs have diffenetly gotten thicker.  Looking at my legs you would not be able to tell but when I try on pants and shorts that I used to be able to wear at 140 lbs that I can no longer wear now.....it then becomes obvious that my legs have gotten thicker YEAH ME.  And of course the rest of m body has gotten thicker as well.  Below will be before and after pics.

Here is an example of shorts I bought and wore last year, that I will NOT wear this summer because I am too grown to walk around with my butt hanging out of some shorts.

Brand New Booty (BNB) 1 Month Review

When I started taking these capsules 4 weeks ago I was 140-144 lbs.  I measured 38'' around.  I am now 149-152 lbs.  It would have been alot easier to see if this really works if I had stayed a consistent weight.  The fact that I gained around 10 lbs makes it impossible to tell if these capsules truly worked.  Yes I did gain inches in the booty but who is to say that I would not have gained those inches regardless if I had taken them or not.....who is to say that I did not just gain those inches because I gained 10 lbs???  I also can not really tell if it increased my appetite since I had already started gaining weight the month prior to taking them (they don't claim to do that but I still wonder if they do help with gaining weight).  I now measure 40'' around, which is an increase of 2'' from where I started a month ago.  Is the 2'' from just simply the weight gain, from the BNB capsules, or from a mixture of both???  Hard to tell.  I was originally going to start my 2nd month of BNB right away but I decided to take 1-4 weeks off from taking them to see if I still gain weight without them, or increase in the booty region without them.  That is the only way to truly see if BNB was helpful at all.  I honestly haven't even ordered my 2nd bottle yet, lol.

I just realized I gained 10 lbs this month and 10 lbs last month.  GO ME!!!  I have gained 20lbs since the end of February.  My goal is to get to 160 by June 1.  My Husboo told me to stop at 160, which was my plan anyways.

Started at 38" / 140lbs
Week 1 - 38.5" / 140-144 lbs
Week 2 - 39'' / 143-147
Week 3 - 39"/ 144-147
Week 4 - 40"/ 149-152

I realize the only weeks I stayed the same measurements are the weeks that I stayed the same weight.  Hmmm does that mean you have to gain weight if you want to see a different?  Everyone's bodies are different.  If anyone else has taken these capsules leave your experiences below please.

btw turning my body around to try and take a pic of my booty was the hardest thing ever....lmao

I will update yall if there are any differences during the weeks that I am not taking the capsules and will start with weekly updates once I start taking the capsules again.
