Update -- New Weight Goals -- 140-148 -- Shakes/Smoothies



Since my last update I have stayed at goal weight of 140 or above.  Its an everyday struggle.  Sometimes I am 148, sometimes I am 140, other times I am 145.  It just depends on the week, my level of stress, how busy I am, ect.  My goal has been not to let myself drop below 140.  Sometimes I pay absolutely no attention to my weight, have an awesome appetite, and gain weight out of no where.  Other times I am stressed or busy or have an upset stomach from eating too much diary (yes I am lactose intolerant but I still eat diary, just no straight up milk).......and will lose 4-6lbs in like a matter of days.  The great thing is lately I can put it on just as fast as I can lose it.  So staying in the 140-148 range hasn't been an issue.  I am pretty sure I could drop below 140 but gaining beyond 148 does not seem like it will happen any time soon....at least not this year.  But I am happy in the range that I am in. 

When I am between 140-142 is usually the time I know I need to start back up drinking my shakes on a more regular and consistant basis or blend my own shakes.  But I not gonna lie I have been slacking on my shake regimen which I have been doing for so many years now pretty consistantly.  So many nights lately I go to bed without even drinking one shake, no desert, and no big meal and that is so uncharacteristic of me.....I used to always have to have a full stomach to even feel ready for bed.  There are times I only eat one meal a day......but some how still maintaining my 140 or above.  For instance today all I had were pancakes for dinner and one CVS Liquid nutritional supplement......no breakfast or lunch :/

I just hope me slacking does not catch up to me, and I end up losing a ton of weight very fast.  I have been wanting to show yall the shakes I make when I get down to 140 that help me pick back up to 144 very quickly but I just haven't had the time to make the video.  Its simple and easy and maybe already something you have already tried.  But I have to show yall soon because I have blended a variety of shakes with a variety of ingredients but I have finally found the one that works really well with my body when it comes to putting back on a couple of pounds.

Huge Regret.... Please Read


Seeing someone ask if I am pregnant really blew my mind.  Why would I do a video about being so happy about gaining weight, if I were preg????  If I were preg, I would do a video about being a happy expectant mom.  But anyho.......

I finally figured out how to comment back to you loves, I couldn't before because of my "cookie" setting on my laptop

I am really surprised at some of the comments on my video because I really do not think I look much different then I did in my 138-140 lb video.  I do not think I look unhealthy, and I sure do not think I look preg. 

But you are probably wondering what my huge regret is.......it is having ever talked about the "PILLS".  Of course I felt it was my duty to be honest about my step to take the pills, but at the same time I did not realize that if I talked about them, especially talked about them working I would essentially be promoting the use of these pills to thousands of people.  And that was not my intent, especially because they are prescription pills................and I am clearly not a Dr.  Yes they worked wonders for me in a matter of just a day I started seeing a difference but if I had put more thought into the decision to use them I would not have.  I have had no side effects no problems but.................taking pills unnecessarily just to gain weight now that I think about it is just dumb.  On top of that telling all my viewers how good they work, and promoting them unintentionally, was something I truly never wanted to do.  Which is why many times I just call them pills and do not refer to them by there actual name.  That is also why I have never posted the link to where to buy them on my blog or on any of my videos.  I used to give out the link to where I bought them if someone inboxed me.  But I can no longer do that because it just bothers my conscious because I have no idea who is on the other side of the computer, who I am giving this link to, and what there potential reaction could be to using these pills.  I do not want that burden anymore...............SO I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING OUT THE LINK TO WHERE I BOUGHT THEM, NOR WILL I MENTION THEM BY NAME, NOR WILL THEY BE DISCUSSED EVER AGAIN BY ME.  AS YOU ALREADY KNOW I STOPPED TAKING THEM BACK IN AUGUST........................SO THE PILL PHASE IS OVER FOR ME, UNLESS MY DOCTOR GIVES THEM TO ME :)

I hope you loves can understand where I am coming from.  I love yall and can't bear the burden of someone's body reacting negatively by using pills that were not prescribed to them because Keke said they worked.  You feel me?????

Am I still taking Ciplactin

NO, I AM NO LONGER TAKING IT, AND HAVE NOT TAKEN IT SINCE I REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT. AS YALL KNOW I HAVE BEEN THIS WEIGHT BEFORE....GAIN IT NATURALLY AND HAVE MAINTAINED THIS WEIGHT BEFORE NATURALLY WITHOUT THE USE OF PILLS. SO ESSENTIALLY I DID NOT NEED THEM BUT I WANTED SOMETHING TO JUMP START THE WEIGHT GAIN, AND I WANTED IT FAST, I WAS IN A RUT AT THE TIME, FRUSTRATED, AND HAD ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY THOSE PILLS. BUT SINCE THEY ARE PILLS AND I AM AT A DECENT WEIGHT FOR MY HEIGHT I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE SOMETHING THAT IS UNNECESSARY WHEN I KNOW I CAN DO IT FROM HERE ON OUT ON MY OWN :)

Right now I am still 139-142 lbs
It would still be nice to one day be 150-160 lbs but right now I am not trying hard for that, I am mostly just maintaining or gaining 1-2lbs here and there.  But if I am able to get to 150 trust I will update about it, and it will be naturally.  So stay toned.  Love yall lots.

How to open up your appetite and eating fast



FORCE YOURSELF TO EAT
I know of no simple or easy way of opening up my appetite that does not require work or simply doing things that I really don't want to have to do.  No one wants to force themselves to eat, and trust I do not want to either.  But when you want something bad enough you do what you have to do, when you are motivated and strong willed, know the body type you are striving for, you will put the work in to get it!!!!! FORCE YOURSELF TO EAT    Yes this is the only way to naturally open up your appetite that I know of.  It is not easy but it pays off.  What I do know is the best foods to force down when you really aren't all that hungry.  I know the best foods to force down in addition to the foods you have already eaten for the day in order to add in those extra calories before bed.  I would never go and force myself to eat a plate full of soul food if I am not hungry, or do not have an appetite, that would just cause me to gag if not throw up.  Or I would probably just sit there chewing for ages and never beable to swallow it.  If you are going to force foods down choose soft foods that are either of a liquid or super soft consistency so that you only have to chew once or twice then swallow.  When I have no appetite or am overly emotional and unable to eat but know I need to in order to maintain my weight I eat eggs, oatmeal, soups, sandwiches, mashed or baked potatoes, drink lots of juices, shakes/smoothies, sodas, and sweet tea.  And of course my CVS liquid nutritional supplements.  Simply choose which ever liquid or soft foods you want to force down in addition to what you normally eat each day, force those extra calories down, and do this every day for 2 weeks to a month and your body will get used to the extra calories.  Once your body gets used to getting in and metabolising those extra calories your body will then need/want those extra calories.  So before you know it, you will no longer be forcing yourself to eat, you will actually have a larger appetite in order to get in those extra calories that your body got used to receiving.  You will likely just start craving more foods :)  Forcing foods sucks trust I know but it works. 

EAT FAST

 Another thing that I do and have been doing for the past 2 years ever since I gained weight the very first time is, I eat with serving utensil (for example serving spoons and serving forks).

 Serving forks and spoons are significantly larger then normal spoons and forks.  So I am able to fit more food in my mouth, so I am able to eat faster.  People who are over weight are known to be fast eaters.  The faster you eat the longer it takes for your brain to get the signal that you are full.  If you sit there and eat slow, take small bites of food, you will be half way through your meal and you will already feel full.  But if you take large bites, and eat faster you will be done with your meal by the time the "I feel full" signal reaches to your brain, which is the signal/senstation that normally stops us from finishing our meals.  The goal is to eat as much as you can as fast as you can before the "I FEEL FULL" signal travels to your brain, thus preventing you from eating any more. I hope this is helpful.

You do not need MEAT to gain weight



So I realized my latest video might be a bit misleading if you have not watched my videos and journey from the beginning.  When I listed and talked about what I have been eating lately to maintain my weight you probably just saw a ton of meats like beef, pork, ect. all over the place.  I am not eating these types of food to gain or maintain my weight I am simply eating what I am craving.  I have always been this way, I eat what I have a strong craving for at the moment.  I usually have long periods of time where I crave and eat the same things over and over again. BUT when I gained 20lbs in 2 months in the winter of 2009 I did it completely by eating mostly grains and nothing else, very rarely did I eat meat because I just was not craving it.  I ate mostly peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, peanut butter honey and banana sandwiches, fettuccini alfredo and other meals containing noddles and thick rich sauces, loaded baked and mashed potatoes, soups, cereals, oatmeal, lots or soda and liquid nutritional supplements!!!!!!  So please do not believe that if you are not a meat eater that gaining weight is impossible because it is not, just eat what you like and eat alot of it.  Make daily food diaries, count your calories, and make sure you are getting in an extra 500-1000 calories a day then you normaly would.

Ciplactin Weight Gain Recap

Week 1 (July 26, 2011) -- I took one Ciplactin pill every day. In the first week I saw immediate results from day one. I immediately became thirsty and hungry not matter how much I ate, it was just never enough. But the action of eating became more satisfying then it had ever been for me in my entire life, food just tasted so incredibly good, and every taste and flavor was intensified. I went from 126-130

Week 2-3 (August 2-13, 2011) -- I took ciplaction spiratically. Maybe around 2-3 pills a week. I continued to eat a ton, about 2-3 meals a day with alot of snacking. I could not keep up with shopping for my appetite because I would go through a box of cookies and a large bag of chips a day. I would eat a tub of icecream in 3-4 days. I always continued to drink my liquid weight gain supplements. I would drink 2-3 of those a day as well. I gained about 2 lbs per week. I went from 130-136

Week 3-4 (August 18, 2011)  REACHED MY GOAL  -- I took 2 ciplactin and reached my goal weight of 138-140. I continued to eat alot. After this week I stopped taking ciplactin and decided I would try to maintain from here on out. Not that later I won't take it again and try to gain more or maybe possibly gain more without it. But after gaining weight so fast I think it is time to take it slow, let my body get used to this weight before I start to look sick and bloated, and allow the weight to distribute properly, and make sure I can maintain this for a while before I start another weight journey again.

I gained 14 pounds in a little less then 4 weeks and have maintained 138-140 ever since.   Although, sadly I do seem to find myself around 138 more then 140 :(. And 2 pounds does make a big difference so I need to try to maintain the 140!!!!! Absolutely not side effects other then increased appetite, and intensfied flavor and satisfaction from food and eating. A little more tired too but not much worse then how tired I normally am on a regular basis. And if I felt hungry and for some reason could not eat at that moment it would make me very moody.

Aug 2, 2011 -- 130-133

I have been so busy lately but I'm still gaining.  Haven't had much time to update but here is a video and pic of me when I was 130-133lbs. 

Here I am 130-133.  I think now being 133-136 I see more of a change.  Can't wait to have time to take a pic of me now






I am now 133-136 OMG!!!!!  I almost never take Ciplactin.  I just took one today but before today I think I had not taken one for at least 3 days.  I am taking them completely sporadically.....pretty much just when I think I need an appetite boost.  I have been eating a good 2500-3000 calories a day everyday.  I eat a whole 5 oz bag of cheddar cheese popcorn (600 calorie snack!!!!!) in one sitting almost everyday, I have absolutely never done that before in my life.  I typically eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day plus my liquid nutritional supplements.  A typical day is 4 waffles for breakfast, one 5 oz bag of cheddar popcorn, 2 grilled cheese sandwhichs for very late lunch, Dinner is always different and random, then all sorts of snacks and sweets before bed along with 2 liquid nutritional supplements.  I am also alot more thirsty then normally, all day even when I am not eating I am drinking juice and sometimes SODA.....but I want so badly to stay away from soda.  At night while I drink my gain weight drinks I drink a huge jug of water with that.  Its strange my appetite for juice is insane and I never used to be a juice person, I was also never hungry around breakfast time, but now as soon as I wake up I need food.  The only time I get crancky or super moody is when I am hungry, and it gets bad if I'm out and about and do not have time to eat.  I'll be a completely winny BIA.....  My sleep habits are still the same, I do not get extra tired.  But then again I only take the pills about twice a week or just when ever I feel like I need them.


One thing I would def say from my experience is do not buy 6 packs of pills if you are just trying to get your appetite back.  I thought I would need a pill everyday to feel hungry and from my experience that is not the case.  Take pills everyday for like 3 days to a week maybe then after that try to do it without the pills, and only take the pills on days you need a boost.  Now if you have never gained weight before and have never ever had a big appetite naturally then maybe you might need to take them everyday.

Do I even need Ciplactin?

I am starting to wonder whether I need to take these pills everyday.  I skipped taking it yesterday and might not even take it today.  But my appetite is still the same.  I am now a really steady 130 lbs.  I wake up at 130 and when I go to bed after I have eaten all my meals, snacks, and drank my weight supplements for the day I am around 132.  Last night I even saw 133.  I do not want to take something I do not need, I also do not want to be dependant on it for my appetite.  I know usually once you eat more, your stomach stretches out, which causes you to want to eat that much more to fill your expanded stomach.  I want that to cause my hunger rather then pills.  So for now I am going to cut back to taking one pill every other day and see how that goes.  Since I do not feel that I need to take one everyday to maintain my hunger.  Eventually I will cut back to only taking it twice a week.  Then hopefully I will not take it at all, and save what is left over to take only on days that I am being emotional and do not feel hungry.  I will be sure to keep you update on how exactly I choose to take them, I am still testing it out.

So far I have not had any bad side effects.  No stomach pain, ect.  Other then the first night I took it, I haven't felt excessively tired either.  But it hasn't even been a week yet, so that may change.

Sadly at 130 lbs I still look really skinny. Can't wait till I am at least 136.

Junk Food Junkie -- I have a major sweet tooth

My mom typically goes grocery shopping and buys the household food for everyone in my family, but what she buys never cuts it for me.  When ever I have a good appetite going, along with it comes a serious craving for all things sweet, salty, and spicy.  I usually get the salt and spice in with my meal and then the sweets in with my snacks.  Since she never buys junk food, I headed to the grocery store on an empty stomach, and came home with things I should be ashamed of.  But they are soooo YUMMY....not to mention high in calories.  Along with eating big meals, snacking always helps with weight gain.



Here is a list of things I bought: The Cupcakes and Brownies have the most calories out of all the snacks I bought!!!!!!!  I am sure the Eclairs do too, but the calorie count isn't listed on the package.

The Old Me Is Back In Full Force

I would have never imagined that I could pop a simple white pill and it would literally on the first day change everything.

BEFORE
For the past 2-3 months food literally disgusted me, the only thing I would crave was taco bell around 10pm to midnight.  Other then that, the thought of food made me sick.  And yes, since all I wanted was taco bell, all I really ate was taco bell once a day.  If I wasn't in the mood or too tired to drive to taco bell I would force myself to eat mashed potatoes or fettucinni alfredo or soup.  Just something easy to get down.  But one meal a day with no snacks is all I ate.  Ohh yeah and maybe a 1 liquid nutritional supplement was the most I would have a day.  So total I was probably only eating 600-1300 calories a day. I know the major reason for this appetite loss was my emotional state but even when I emotionally got to a better place my appetite never returned.  All I wanted was my old appetite back, all I wanted was my old weight back, all I wanted was to be in a range of 130-140.  But no matter what I could not get past 126 lbs.

AFTER
Today is the morning of day 4 so I will describe the past 3 days.  Mind you I am now 129-131 lbs in just 3-4 days.   Remember I started at about 124-126 lbs. INSANE!!!! I have been taking my pill right after dinner, number one because that is when I remember to take it, and number two I think thats the perfect time for increased appetite so that I can go in for seconds or snack for the rest of the night.  You might probably assume I am lying when I say, from the moment that pill hit my stomach I wanted to eat and drink infinitely more.  The first night I had some Jamaican soup I wont even say what it was because it might gross you out.  Then all night I ate literally packs and packs of crackers, both saltine and ovaltine crackers along with glasses and glasses of juice.  Also 2 liquid nutritional supplements (trying hard to stay away from soda this time)  Then I fell asleep in the middle of a tv show at 10pm and that is really early for me.  So yes, I was very tired.  But none of this is new to me because eating until my belly is extremely full usually makes me tired anyways.  When I gained weight without pills I felt the exact same way.  Day 2 I ate an entire box of small Ledo's pizza which isn't all that small.  Then once again I ate packs and packs of crackers and juice....I need to go grocery shopping.  I haven't had this type of appetite in a while, so all I can really find to eat is crackers lol.  Lastly I ate 2 liquid nutritional supplements.  Then day 3 which was yesterday. I ate cinnamon toast crunch cereal for breakfast. (first time in months having an appetite for breakfast YAY) Dinner I had Subway foot long BBQ pulled pork which I did not like by the way. But ate the whole thing.  Then I ran back and forth to the kitchen trying to find something else to eat, and I was out of ovaltines which is what I wanted.  Then I wanted brownies, and had none of those.  Finally I found strawberry icecream and had that with a chocolate ice cream cone. YUM!! I also had half a pack of saltine crackers and tons of juice.  Ended the night with 2 liquid nutritional supplements.  Before I went to bed the scale read 131...OMG.  Woke up this morning and the scale said 129 lbs.  So there you go that is my new range :)

Now I do not even feel the need to count my calories because I eat and snack so much I know counting the calories is not even necessary.  But once I stop taking the pills I will be sure to go back to that.

Unexpected Side effects:
What I did not expect was to be this HAPPY all the time.  I do not know if it has to do with the pills, or it has to do with the fact that I am gaining weight and therefore am alot more happier about my body.  Or maybe its just because I feel like more of who I used to be before my relationship ended.  So not only was I unhappy because I lost my relationship but I think I was most unhappy about the fact that my relationship with food changed, and I had lost all the weight I had gained and maintained for the most part of 3 years.  It frustrated me that I had no appetite, and had to force myself to eat everyday for 2-3 months.  Imagine having to force yourself to do something everyday that is a requirement to living.  And I knew that wasn't who I am and I knew that was not my normal relationship with food and to know that the stress from an ended relationship did that to me, mad me that much more upset! I was most unhappy about the fact that to me my body looked sickly and people actually noticed....especially when I was 122 lbs.  One of my friends who had never seen me skinny because I did not know him before I had gained weight kept asking what happened, he couldn't understand how it was possible for me to lose so much so fast.  When I was 126 lbs I looked fine I guess, but that still wasn't the body type that I want.
SO YES RIGHT NOW I JUST FEEL SO HAPPY REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON IN MY LIFE I AM STILL HAPPY.  I OVERWHELMED WITH A PROJECT DUE MONDAY BUT WHO CARES I AM STILL ELATED.  EX.....WHO CARES....LOL.  CAN'T WEAR HEALS STILL B/C OF SURGERY MONTHS AGO.....WHO CARES. 

I am so joyful, and nothing and no one can take this way.  I am also confident I will beable to maintain my weight once I am done with the 60 days of pills since I have been bigger prior.  If I gain more then I was prior I just assume I will lose that, but hopefully beable to maintain a range of 136-140 since I was that before without pills.  Love Yall!!!!!  (Measurements and Pics coming soon!!!!!!!!)

Can I gain weight with Ciplactin (Cyproheptadine) aka Periactin and Romeron





Today: 126 lbs

I have come so far in the past 2 months emotionally. I am finally ready to restart this journey again, but I have to try something new. I have been told to try Periactin numerous times by you lovely ladies but.....there were many reasons why I looked into it, but never looked into it enough to purchase. Since I had previously gained weight all naturally, I figured why not just do that again. I also did not want to take medicine if I did not have to, lastly the biggest reason why I never bought it is because I could not find a vendor who sold it any where online. And I certainly could not find it in stores. Then 2 weeks ago I got an inbox by a lovely viewer and she left a link on where I could purchase Ciplactin. It was perfect timing, she sent the link after I felt like I had tried it all to at least get back to a steady 130 lbs, yet the scale hadn't budged in weeks. So I purchased almost right away after doing some research first of course.

What is Ciplactin (Cyproheptadine) aka Periactin and Romeron????
From what I have read it is an anti-allergy medicine/ antihistamine!!!! It provides relief of allergy symptoms, itching, hives, runny nose, and sneezing amongst other things. But it can also be used for hormone disorders and most importantly to GAIN WEIGHT!!!!! Its side effects are drowsiness, upset stomach, stomach pain, increased appetite, and WEIGHT GAIN :) I am going to give this a shot. I am worried about being even more tired then I am already or having an upset stomach. The only reason I could find to stop immediately is having an upset stomach, that I would not beable to put up with.

TODAY (July 26, 2011), MY FIRST IMPRESSION: 126lbs
I am tired already :(  I do not know if  it all just mentally knowing the fact that I am taking this product and what it is supposed to do, or if its really already working.  But I have ate more today then I have in 2-3 months.  As I sit here and type I am snacking on crackers, I can not tell the last time I have had the appetite to snack.  I am sooo excited to try this and see what it does for me.  I will be taking one tablet a day every night.  I will also just be updating my blog 1-3 times a week, rather then everyday. 

I absolutely love you ladies, I have a couple of questions for those of you who have tried one of these pills already:

1.  How many tablets did you take a day?
2.  What time of day do you take them, and do you take them with meals or between meals?
3. What side effects did you experience?
4. How long did it take for you to see noticeable changes either on your body or on the scale?
5. Whats the most weight that you gained, and how fast did it happen?
6.  Any bad side effects?
7.  Any reccomendations?

Usually when I take in at least 2000 calories if not more I can maintain my weight if not gain. My weight is not budging at all.  I am getting in a decent amount of calories.  With the amount of calories I am consuming I would not expect to gain much but I would expect to at least maintain.  But I am not maintaining at all.  I am surprised to see 131 and not 133 all the time if not more when I am full.  The only problem I can think of is I have been up practically all day everyday this weekend.  The time my body should be at rest, obsorbing the calories, my body is instead still burning the calories because I have not been sleeping.  When I should be sleeping instead I am blogging lol, talking on the phone or facebook, or just being anxious about my relationship (and him leaving in 2 weeks) and/or the fact that my summer semester starts this coming Tuesday.  Even though I dread the summer semester I am kind of looking forward to it.  So that when I am not at work, I am still too busy to worry about anything due to massive amounts of Grad school work.

I am drinking a ton of different things in order to expand my tummy.  Once my tummy is expanded through drinks such as soothies and nutritional supplements hopefully I will be able to start having the appetite to eat more.  I will be posting a video on my youtube channel that shows my body at the current weight that I am right now at about 133-134 tommorow and announcing this blog.  I am still just trying to get in over 2000 Calories a day. Lets see if I can get to 136 by the end of this month or start of June.  I was so nauseous yesterday from antibiotics the 2000 calorie goal was not met.

The blended "green" drink is not necessarily a drink meant for weight gain its just a healthy drink my mom likes to make to ensure I get in my daily fruits and vegetables.  It looks very nasty but it is very sweet and tasty.  I am not exactly sure how many calories it has I just assume it has about 300 but I would not be surprised if it had way more.  She just blends together a little bit of crushed ice along with 5 baby carrots, a slice of mango, a whole banana, spinach leaves, and apple juice.  I feel like I am on a roll, I was surprised when I started craving Chipotle.....that must mean my appetite is back and those antibiotics aren't killing my cravings anymore.

Back Forreal -- Starting Over (DAY 1) + Pics

I am now in a range of 130-133 big thanks to my wisdom teeth surgery.  I can finally eat anything I want, no more pain at all, I was even able to chew gum today.  So I am officially in this for good now, and hopefully no more bumps in the road.  As you might already know I am on antibiotics for the next 30 days to clear up my acne which is not helping my appetite at all.  Also now that I have not eaten much for the past 2 weeks my tummy has shrank, so it is time to stretch it back out with the Liquid Nutritional Supplements.  I seem to get full pretty fast, but hopefully that will change soon.  Lets see how much I can gain in one week!!!! I am so motivated to do this.

Im Back!!!! Wisdom Teeth Surgery Insanity

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed on Monday, May 9. I do not think I have ever been in so much pain in life, at least not in the past 15 years since my hernia surgery.  Doctors seem to always lie about how long it takes to heal, they told me I would be good in 2-3 days.  Ummm NO!!!!  I just started eating whole food yesterday, exactly 7 days after surgery.  I was taking 3 pain killers a day plus advil, all I could eat were liquids.  During that whole week I was dead to the world, I did not get on my computer and barely used my phone.  The only thing I did all week that was productive was make one youtube video only because I promised to make the sunglasses review by Saturday.  For the first 3 days all I ate was Campbell's soup and water.  By the 4th day I added StonyField Super Smoothies, Cottage cheese, and Oatmeal to my liquid diet.  I lost all my weight and then some.  As of this Monday May 16, I was 131-133lbs.  During that week I was only getting in at max 600-1000 calories a day.  Yes that is sooo sad.  Even now my teeth and gums still hurt when I eat, but I was told that is because my teeth are now shifting around due to the extra space in the back of my mouth where my wisdom teeth used to be. 

So yeah there is no way I will be 140lbs by May 31 anymore, my new goal is to be 136-137 by May 31st.  This mission will continue throughout the summer until I reach my goal. I still have not gotten the birth control, and I am still debating on it.  Right now since I have not been able to eat in the past week my appetite is pretty good. Every thing I eat tastes insanely good! But if my appetite ever goes away I will head on straight over to the pharmacy and get me the BC.  As for the Perciaton, I am still looking for that.

So today I ate 1/2 a cup of walnuts, I thought if I cut back I would be good, but nope.  Once I was done I felt like I was about to vomit.  I was watching tv and texting and before I knew it, all I could do is lay down and pray that I would just fall asleep, it made me feel sick to my stomach.  I ended up falling asleep at 10pm (early as heck for me) and did not wake up until 1am.  So I am done with walnuts for good.  I could try eating even less, and just trying 1/4 cup, but then that would not even be worth the trouble for only 200 calories.  Especially because I do not really like the taste of nuts to begin with.  So my only hope now is the Brazilian nuts and if those make me feel sick too then I will have to give up on the nuts altogether (but I can still eat peanut butter).  Although I can not stomach the nuts that I have tried I would still recommend it, because it is an easy way to get in alot of HEALTHY calories.  And if they do not make you sick, you can snack on them along with eating your other daily meals.  I am beginning to notice more and more that the things that would help me gain weight the most and the fastest happen to be things I can not eat.  I have also noticed, that seems to be a problem for many of us.  I am lactose intolerant so I can not just sit back and down a milk shake or a ton of ice cream ect.  And now I notice I can not eat walnuts.  When I do eat diary products I have to do so in small amounts, and drinking or eating things that are 50% or more milk have to be substituted with Lactaid Milk.  Of course restaurants don't make Lactaid Milkshakes and most stores do not carry lactose free ice cream.  The few times I have found lactose free ice cream it only comes in vanilla which is so boring.  So that is just my luck, yet another factor that hinders the weight gain process.

Birth Control & Weight Gain

I have not talked about this in any of my videos or any of my blogs because I did not use this during the time I gained most of my weight and I also do not want to promote using prescription meds for any purpose other then its intended purpose.  With that being said most of us who have used any form of birth control know that a side of effect of most forms of BC is weight gain.  Although, weight gain is not guaranteed!  I have had all sorts of experiences with BC.  I haven't actually taken BC in the past 3 years during the time I gained the 20 lbs in 2 months but I did take it back when I was in undergrad/college.  I have taken about 3-4 different brands of BC pills and I also took the Depo shot.  One brand of BC pills caused me to gain about 5 lbs and caused my boobs to increase by a half a cup size.  Another brand caused no weight gain and just increased cup size.  Another brand caused me to feel anxious, have sweaty palms and feet, and just made me feel overall sick to the stomach.  And another brand (NORTREL 7/7/7 -- the only brand I remember)  caused me to lose my appetite, lose weight, caused nausea, and vomiting.  The Depo Shot caused the most weight gain for me of about 10 lbs but no increase in cup size.  Even though the Depo Shot caused me to gain the most weight I hated the fact that it caused me to never get my period while I was on the shot, so I stopped taking it.  The other problem is, I have never kept track of which brand of BC pills caused me to get sick and lose my appetite, and which ones just have the normal side effect of weight gain.

My very last experience with BC pills over 3 yrs ago, happens to be the time I lost my appetite and had an overall feeling of being sick, since then I have not messed with it.  But the other day when my Doctor asked "Do you want BC?".  I said no because I remembered my very last experience but when I got home I realized she would probably give me a brand that is different then the very last brand I had.  Also, there may be a possibility for weight gain.  I then called her back and told her that I would like to get BC pills.

I have not picked them up yet, and do not plan on taking them until after I have my mouth surgery.....so I may not start taking them until around wed or thurs of next week.   But I guess we will see what the side effects are this time, and this time I will keep track of the brand and let yall know. LETS HOPE FOR WEIGHT GAIN OR INCREASED APPETITE :)

Do know I do not condone taking BC or any prescription drug for that matter for any purpose other then its intended purpose so if you do not need BC then do not take it!  The biggest reason why I stopped taking them was because the very last brand I took made me sick and also their was a 6 month period of time I did not have health insurance.

This week I have gained at most 1-2 lbs which isn't that bad I guess.  That is very average amount of weight to gain in one week.  I think you are supposed to gain a pound a week if you eat and extra 500 calories a day.  So I am guessing when I had lost weight I had been eating way below 1500 calories a day. Of course I would have rathered have gained more, but as yall already know I have had alot of things hampering my process so I am proud that through it all I still was able to eat the amount I did eat.  I have planned to take pictures every week, but clearly a pound or 2 gain is not going to show.  But I took pictures anyways.




Once my toe heals more I plan to start my butt exercises and I figured out a way that I will show yall what I do.  I will post the video to my Lifestylblkbeauty channel and link it to this blog.  I will only make it available on this blog (I will embed it), people who try to watch it from my youtube channel will not beable to see it.  That way only people truly interested in this topic will see it, and no pervets lol. 

I also found out today that I will be having my oral surgery to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth on Monday and my Dr. said it will take about 2-3 days to heal and beable to eat normally.  So I will be adding however many days it takes to heal from the mouth surgery onto this Gain Weight Challenge.  Clearly if I do not eat real food for 2-3 day there is no way I can count or document those days.  So I will likely end this challenge Jun 3 rather then May 31.  We will see how surgery goes.

I overdid it with the nuts the night before.  And I will just leave it at this, I paid for it today.  I had the skip the nuts but will start with the nuts again tommorow.....but with a moderate amount.  Only being able to eat on one side of my mouth hampers this challenge for me, I can only eat softer foods, take smaller bites, and it takes me forever to eat a meal.  But I know the last 2 weeks of this challenge I am going to go hard, and I will get to eat everything I crave :)  I also need to focus on gettting in more then 2000 calories a day.  But if I eat my normal meals, snack on nuts, plus stop being lazy and make sure to drink 2-3 nutritional supplements a day......I should be able to do it.  I also mashed some patatoes so I hope to eat a plate full with gravy tommorow night before bed.

I have heard time and time again how high in (healthy) calories all sorts of nuts are. Which is why I eat peanut butter and jelly to gain weight.  But I never thought to eat nuts alone.  And thanx to one of my blog's lovely readers I was reminded of that.  I wanted to eat the recommended Brazilian nuts which I found out my parents eat all the time because they happen to be really healthy eaters.  Of course I would be eating them for the calories, but we were out.  What we did have were Walnut halfs (Trader Joe brand), each 1/4 cup is 200 calories and I ate 3/4 cup.  Now I feel lathargic and sick, I will never eat that many nuts ever again.  I will stick to either 1/4 or 1/2 cups next time.  But at least I got in 600 calories just like that, that seemed super easy.  Nuts will now be a regular part of my every day diet.  When I went through my youtube subscription it was so easy to snack on it without realizing I was just eating way too much of it.  I am soo full right now, all I will be able to do at this point is drink 2 cans of my liquid nutrition supplements and head to bed.  I am just sooo tired.

Today I went back to the doctor for my follow-up appointment and he said everything is looking good with my foot so that was encouraging.  Eating is a bit hard due to needing to get my wisdom tooth removed, but im getting used to eating only on one side of my mouth.  I want to heal a little more from my foot surgery before I have my mouth surgery.  I have started noticing my appetite is really opening up, I wake up with insane cravings.  Today I woke up wanting and craving a 5 Guys Burger and wanted one all day long but knew it would be too difficult to eat with my tooth.  And I had dreams all night that I was eating all sorts of delish things....I really hope my increased appetite and cravings stick around for when I can actually eat those types of things.  Looking back to the time I had gained my weight I remember there were 7 things that really helped the process:

1. Weight Gain Drinks
2. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhiches
3. Creamy sauces and condiments
4. Baked or Mashed Potatoes
5. Counting my calories
6. Soda
7. Consuming more then 2,000 calories

Today I did 6 out of 7.  I wanted so badly to do this process daily without soda, but I don't know.....dinner just aint the same without it.   I am drinking more water then I did before. The number on the scale isn't moving as fast as I would like.....but I feel fuller when I eat and therefore heavier by the end of the day....so hopefully in the next couple of weeks my morning weight will be what my night time weight has been.

One day I know I will look back at having 2 foot surgeries and soon to have mouth surgery as a blessing because it is trully a humbling experience.  Most importantly it brings me closer to God because I know without him I would just give up.  I refuse to even ask why me, because his plans are his plans and there is a purpose and a reason behind everything.  I was watching youtube and I came across an inspirational video that touched me and one thing I remember the women saying is "Thank God for everything because He will give you double for every last trouble".  Perfect timing, I had just woke up and had the choice to sleep away the day like I did yesterday as to ignore the fact that my foot hurts or get up eat and continue to fight.  Thankfully today I chose to fight!!!!  So yesterday I did not post a food diary but from today on I am going to fight meaning continue eating because without those nutrients there will be no healing.  This food diary ends up being apart of my fight because it keeps me accountable and ontop of that it has been thearaputic as well.

What a year it has been for me, I originally lost most of my weight in February when I had my first foot surgery and just like I thought I had surgery again today.  But this time I'm not just going be like forget about it and let myself go, I am going to push myself everyday to eat, and take care of myself.  Which I am sure will help with healing.  Only problem is, it's going to be that much harder to run up and down the steps when I feel hungry. I think I ate pretty well today considering the circumstances :)


I wanted to take pics in the same outfit every week so I can see if I see any progress.  I originally wanted to take pics every week in shorts but looks like it will be spandex black pants and a white shirt instead :)  I also wanted to see if my face is going to get any fatter, that I can def do without!

I wanted to take full body pictures today in shorts and tank top but never got around to it for many reasons.  Today was just horrible for me, my foot was hurting really bad and I knew tommorow I would be going back to the Doc for possibly yet another surgery.  Also my tooth was hurting so I think I will be getting my wisdom teeth removed soon.  As a result I could only eat on one side of my mouth. Omg just all around terrible day so I barely ate and could not even force it :( I hope for a better day on Friday!!!!

I have a month long break from school so I should be over the moon happy.  But I am not, my Husboo is stressing me out and we are having issues.  I notice relationship issues tend to affect my eating habits the most.  When my relationships are not going great I literally stop eating, at this point I seriously have to force myself to eat.  It sucks :(  But I know it will be worth it in the end.  I noticed the first time I gained the 20lbs in 2 months I was the happiest I had ever been.  I was single, no relationship drama, and I had just gotten my college degree.  When I am happy yet still relaxed I eat a ton, when I am stressed and not as happy I have no appetite so that is what I am dealing with right now.  For that reason I am in no mood for cooking just to not really be in the mood to eat it.  So I will stick with frozen dinners until I get my appetite back.  Plus eating frozen dinners makes it super easy to keep track of calories since it is listed right at the back of the box.
