149 - 152 Pounds Food Diary

Current Weight is 149-152 and still gaining
Food Diary from yesterday!

2 McDonald's Egg McMuffins - 300*2 = 600
Sweet Tea - 100
Total = 700


Rosemary Chicken and White Rice - 500   
1/2 Avocado - 120
Coconut Juice - 160
Total = 780

Late Night Snack
3 CVS Liquid Nutrition Plus - 350 * 3= 1050
2 Cups of Honey Nut Cheerios - 147*2= 294
Total = 1344

Grand Total = 2824

  4. Ok I've gain the weight too much to be honest but really how do you keep the jelly off your belly without going to the gym? Do you do crunches nightly???
