Day 3 -- Food Diary -- I AM AN EMOTIONAL NON-EATER

3 packs of Instant Strawberry Oatmeal (3*130) with Whole Lactaid Milk (160) = (550 calories)
Cup of Milk (160 calories)
Glass of Water (0 Calories)
Total = 610

Lunch -

NOTHING (I need to do better lol)
Total = 0


Stouffers Fettuccini Alfredo (630 Calories)
Cherry Crush Soda (170 Calories) 
CVS Liquid Nutrition Plus Supplemental Drink (350 Calories)

I have a month long break from school so I should be over the moon happy.  But I am not, my Husboo is stressing me out and we are having issues.  I notice relationship issues tend to affect my eating habits the most.  When my relationships are not going great I literally stop eating, at this point I seriously have to force myself to eat.  It sucks :(  But I know it will be worth it in the end.  I noticed the first time I gained the 20lbs in 2 months I was the happiest I had ever been.  I was single, no relationship drama, and I had just gotten my college degree.  When I am happy yet still relaxed I eat a ton, when I am stressed and not as happy I have no appetite so that is what I am dealing with right now.  For that reason I am in no mood for cooking just to not really be in the mood to eat it.  So I will stick with frozen dinners until I get my appetite back.  Plus eating frozen dinners makes it super easy to keep track of calories since it is listed right at the back of the box.

  1. im the same way, stress is my worst enemy and worry is its partner in crime
