My Body Right Now....Can't Weight to see my progress!!!
I had lost weight but my head didn't so I look a total mess. Lets do this together!!! Lets count our calories daily. Check our weight morning after we pee and at night before we head to bed. Lets take pics of our changes and track our body measurements weekly. You can ask questions, post whats working for you, and/or post your progress below each of my daily food diaries as a comment.
