My Current Weight and Body

134lbs on a mission to 140lbs (height = 5'4'')

My Body Right Now....Can't Weight to see my progress!!!






I had lost weight but my head didn't so I look a total mess. Lets do this together!!! Lets count our calories daily.  Check our weight morning after we pee and at night before we head to bed.  Lets take pics of our changes and track our body measurements weekly.  You can ask questions, post whats working for you, and/or post your progress below each of my daily food diaries as a comment.  Lets get this started and see how much our bodys change by May 30th!!!!  10 more pounds here I come.  Whats your May 30th Goal???????

  3. Yh I am kinda tall and when I wear heels (which I live in) I am then 6ft tall and look so lanky and skinny, my bestfriend says she loves the tall skinny look but I've always loved to see curvy women. They just look so feminine and sexy so I wanted that look.
    I am not a good eater, I sometimes eat like twice per day and I just don't feel hungry.
    I have started taking my mutivitamins like you suggested and they have helped my appetite a bit but not too much.
    I have been on periatin pills two years ago and they made me jump from 118lbs to 145lbs in 2-3 weeks..girlllll I was in heaven, I had a butt outta this world and i actually had HIPS lol my breast even got fuller and I was so happy with the weight but I soon lost it after i stopped taking them. I had gotten a tummy with all the weight so i tried getting rid of that and lost everything else :(
    They work great they make you constantly hungry and craving sweet things but they make you horribly sleepy also and in my case a bit grumpy lol.
    I would say I don't take in enough calories unless I'm on the pills or the vitamin so that's my problem, I always seem to need a stimulant so i could eat more.
    I never counted calories before reading your blogs so I am doing so now and trying to take in the amount you suggested.

    Sorry for the long post but I am so passionate about this topic and happy to know someone who actually share the same struggle.
